Warranty Policy

1. Warranty cases:

- The newly delivered product does not match the image provided or on the website

2. Cases not covered by warranty:

- The product is scratched due to long-term use

- The product is dented or deformed due to impact

- The product has the manufacturer's label peeled off

3. Conditions for return or 100% refund:

- The product is found to be defective by the manufacturer upon receipt.

- The product is not the same as the product you ordered on our website.

- Customers need to return the goods within 02 working days from the time you receive the goods.

- Returned products must have the original label, box, and packaging of the product intact as when you initially received the product
