For hospitals under the Ministry of Health, it is necessary to improve admission and treatment capacity; Review facilities, develop and implement plans to ensure adequate human resources, medicine, blood, infusion fluids, supplies, chemicals, medical equipment, and medical oxygen; Prepare emergency plans for crowded events.

Strictly implement procedures for screening, segregation, isolation, ensuring hospital infection prevention and control, preventing cross-infection; Promote the application of information technology in health consultation, appointment scheduling and remote medical examination and treatment. Maintain and organize well the mobile anti-epidemic team, ready to promptly support lower-level units when an epidemic occurs.

Closely monitor the epidemic situation

With the Department of Preventive Medicine, we must regularly closely monitor the domestic and international epidemic situation; Timely report to the Ministry of Health and competent authorities on disease developments and advise on solutions to prevent, stop and control the spread of the disease.

In addition, the Directive directs units and localities to strengthen the implementation of measures to ensure disease prevention and control; especially for respiratory transmitted diseases, dangerous and emerging infectious diseases;

At the same time, monitor, supervise and early detect disease cases right at the border gate, in the community and at medical facilities to promptly and thoroughly handle infectious disease outbreaks and prevent transmission. widespread and prolonged outbreaks in the community; Strengthen communication measures in disease prevention and control and vaccinate children at the right age;

Consolidate, organize training, drills, and be ready to deploy teams to quickly respond to epidemic prevention and control; Develop plans and reserve enough medicines, supplies, chemicals, equipment and vehicles to ensure they meet requirements in epidemic prevention and control.

Develop scenarios for epidemic prevention and control during Tet

Direct the Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, Pasteur Institute, and Centers for Disease Control of provinces and cities to develop and deploy plans and scenarios for epidemic prevention and control during Tet; Improve the capacity of rapid response teams to promptly respond and not be passive or surprised by epidemic situations.

The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Administration directs medical examination and treatment facilities nationwide to: Organize 24-hour response; Proactively prepare plans for human resources, drugs, equipment, and medical biological products to ensure examination and emergency treatment, especially for traffic accidents, firecrackers, injuries, food poisoning, and human treatment contracting infectious diseases during Tet. Carrying out remote consulting and medical examination and treatment support; Screening, classifying, and routing patients for medical examination and treatment;

Effectively deploy routing, diversion, admission, emergency care, and patient treatment, avoid cross-infection in medical examination and treatment facilities, and minimize human deaths due to epidemics.

Organize teams to inspect and supervise medical examination and treatment facilities in implementing medical examination and treatment work according to regulations.
