"Every day, we receive from 40 to 50 young patients with acute conjunctivitis symptoms. The main cause is virus, 80% is adenovirus. In this child acute conjunctivitis has more manifestations of upper respiratory tract infection, nasopharyngitis, cough, sneezing, runny nose, runny nose," said Dr. Luu Thi Quynh Anh, deputy head of the Department of Ophthalmology, National Children's Hospital.

"Do not go to buy medicine for your child, should not use folk remedies, such as steaming, washing with betel leaves, because the vapors of leaves can cause damage to the baby's corneal epithelium." Dr. Luu Thi Quynh Anh, Deputy Head of the Department of Ophthalmology, National Children's Hospital, recommends.
