To proactively implement measures before the peak months of 2023, the Ministry of Health has sent an official dispatch to the People's Committees of provinces and cities, proposing to actively and proactively prevent and control dengue fever.

Accordingly, the People's Committees of the provinces and cities are interested in directing the units to actively communicate the prevention and control of dengue fever before and during the epidemic season; directing the Department of Information and Communications, mass media agencies to coordinate with the Department of Health in strengthening communication on dengue epidemic prevention; promote the role of the authorities, departments, agencies, mass organizations and people to actively participate in the prevention and control of dengue fever.

Organize and implement a series of activities to respond to the ASEAN Day of Dengue Prevention and Control in the area.

Assign specific responsibilities to authorities at all levels in directing and mobilizing socio-political departments, branches and organizations to coordinate with the health sector in implementing environmental sanitation campaigns.

Killing larvae/larvae ensures that all households in the epidemic and at-risk areas must be checked and monitored for tanks, water containers, items, waste, breeding places of mosquitoes to take remedial measures.

The Ministry of Health also requested localities to direct the preventive health system to closely monitor the epidemic situation in their localities to early detect and promptly and thoroughly handle the local dengue outbreak. according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health.

Localities direct medical examination and treatment establishments to ensure adequate drugs, equipment and treatment machinery.
